Joe Arruda Construction, Inc. (JACinc) has a selection of sitework equipment for our own projects, and we occasionally accept hired work as our schedule allows:

• STUMP GRINDING ($2,300/day…plus waste removal [or leave chips where they lay])
• SITE GROUND CLEARING/GRUBBING ($2,600/day…plus $500/truck haul of stumps and shrub debris)
• FOUNDATION EXCAVATION & BACKFILL ($2,600/day…plus truck haul of any soil not remaining on site)
• GENERAL SITEWORK Various machines (spreading, digging, dumping) ranges from $1,600-3,100/day
• DUMP TRUCK  Stone, Sand, Gravel, Mulch and other earth material deliveries from 3-20yds/delivery – at market rates.
• TELEHANDLER/LULL – Coordinated Jobsite Deliveries, Hoisting Days, Truss Setting (call for current quote).

GENERAL DAY RATES are just for a benchmark basis for your initial consideration. We can quote your specific project following a site visit.  Just give us a call or drop us an email with any inquiries.

Note: Generally we can grind or excavate/remove 3-6 stumps in a day.  Whether GRINDING or REMOVAL, our stump rate is not really designed for single stump quotes because the road time, travel, maintenance and labor for all machine-related commitment ties up at least one guy for the day of running around (and most if occurs before/after we visit your site).

JACinc can recommend tree service companies (we do not remove trees due to insurance coverage limitations)
