We would like to welcome Mark Mahar to our project management team.
Mark & Joe have been working together on construction projects for nearly 20 years. Eight of those years were spent building a small local residential remodeling contractor into one of the areas most successful family-owned construction companies. Joe went on to start Joe Arruda Construction, Inc. while Mark traveled the country for more creatively motivated projects (through his consulting and production company).
After a decade of serving many clients as a freelance consultant, Mark is officially joining the JAC project management team as a full-time employee.
Mark will continue to apply his experience in Residential Project Management, Architectural Design, Estimating, Creative Solutions, Cost-Savings and Real Estate Development. His consulting experience includes over $100M in construction/development projects and he has additional unique insights into the needs of Commercial Clients (as a result of direct leadership and/or financing the launch of over a dozen businesses).
Mark’s diverse background and entrepreneurial spirit has placed him working in multiple industries over the years, including: Aviation, Retail, Education, Insurance, Real Estate, Construction, Intellectual Property, Marketing & Advertising, Mortgage, Automotive, Entertainment, Shipping, Legal, Internet & Technology, and Hospitality. Formerly licensed in more than a few industries, his current licenses include MA Construction Supervisor (unrestricted) and MA Home Improvement Contractor.
